高水分粮食集中干燥技术的效果研究

Concentrated Drying Techniques of High Moisture Grains

摘要: 为较好的解决粮食集中干燥问题,借鉴就仓干燥法、粮食低温脱水技术,通过采用电动风机结合高效节能发热器,集成了一套粮食集中干燥技术。应用结果表明,将含水率30%的稻谷干燥到13%含水率,成本仅0.143元/kg,将26%的小麦干燥到14%含水率,成本仅0.11元/kg。研究表明,该方法简单实用,占用场地小,能较好的低成本解决晒粮靠天的问题。

Abstract: In order to explore a better method for grain concentrated drying, the researches of a set of concentrated drying methods with electric fans and energy-efficient heaters were conducted with references of in-storage drying and low-temperature drying. The results showed that it only took 0.143 yuan/kg for rice to be dried from 30% to 13% moisture content and 0.110 yuan/kg for wheat to be dried from 26% to 14% moisture content, the method is simple and practical with small space, and well resolved the issue of drying grains depending on the weather.
