黑龙江省水稻品种审定对照品种存在的问题与建议

Existing Problems and Suggestions for Rice Control Varieties in Heilongjiang Province

摘要： 通过对黑龙江省水稻育种及栽培研究中出现的问题分析，认为黑龙江省水稻研究在一定程度上没有考虑气候变化和科技发展，存在育种及栽培技术研究与生产脱节的情况，未充分考虑当地水稻生产的要求，由此产生了品种审定要求与水稻研究目标不同的现象。另一方面，还存在信息平台建设不足、育种和栽培概念上不统一等情况。由此提出了建设信息平台、加强学科之间研究、打破对照品种生育期限制等建议。

Abstract: The problem on rice breeding and cultivation in Heilongjiang province was analyzed. The author considered that climate change and the development of science and technology in rice research and its management was not paid enough attention, and there was distance between breeding and cultivation technology research with practice, the research was not very suitable to local requirements, and the contradiction was produced between variety management and rice research. On the other hand, information platform construction had some problems, breeding and cultivation was not unified concept. The suggestions such as the information platform construction, strengthen research within disciplines, breaking the limits of check varieties in growth period were put forward.
