摘要: 米食文化是中国饮食文化的重要组成部分。中国米食文化具有悠久的历史,表现出地域性、层次性、时节性、多样性等特点,社会发展和科技进步促进了米食文化的发展。传承和发扬米食文化,对促进中国文化、科技和社会进步具有重要意义。

Abstract: Rice food culture is an important part of Chinese food culture.With a long history, it has been promoted by the development of society and progress of science and technology. Rice food culture is characterized with territoriality, hierarchy, season, versatility, et al. Inheriting and promoting rice food culture is of significant importance to the improvement of Chinese culture, technology and society.
